All items are embroidered to order and the Association does not hold stock.   If an item is out of stock at our suppliers you will be contacted to select an alternative or offered a refund unless a direct equivalent is available.

If you order for the Course and subsequently do not attend, or you do not get a place, then the order cannot be cancelled as we will have obtained the item from our suppliers.

I can place orders throughout the year for Essex Course and Association Clothing when there is demand, please contact me first, as below. 

Subject to stock at our suppliers clothing should be available 4 weeks after an order is placed with them, and will be distributed through the Essex grapevine or could be posted if requested or you are out of county (additional cost will apply).   (see Notes below).

If you have any doubt which size you need, me and I will try to get more information as garments cannot be changed if they do not fit you.

  Either complete and post the Order Form to me, or send me the same details by  (Garment type & Ref, LOGO, Size, Colour, Quantity, Price) and I will advise an Order Number and payment requirements. 

 

Payment instructions are on the Order Form, for payment by bank transfer  me directly for details. 

Prices do not include postage.  

If you would like them posted to you please contact me before you send money - estimate £3-4 per garment.
